Inspired by this year’s TEDxHobart theme – Identity, the spritz-style creation blends Hennessy VS Cognac, honey liqueur, rose syrup, chamomile tea, and mulled cider, finished with a dehydrated red apple garnish. Delicate floral aromas, crisp apple notes, and subtle warming spice come together in a cocktail that celebrates individuality and invites curiosity.
